St. Paul's Altar Guild
“Whatever your task, put yourselves into it, as done for the Lord and not for your masters, since you know that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward; you serve the Lord Christ.”
|
Members of the Altar Guild serve the Lord by caring for the altar, vestments, vessels, flowers, and altar linens at St. Paul’s. Altar Guild members prepare the sanctuary for services, and decorate and undecorate the church on special holidays.
We are in need of new members, and particularly encourage newcomers to St. Paul’s to join the Altar Guild. No prior experience or specialized knowledge is necessary to participate in this ministry.
For more information about the Altar Guild, please contact Irene Flynn through the Church Office.

Friendship Group at St. Paul's
“Like good stewards of the manifold grace of God, serve one another with whatever gift each of you has received.”
|
The members of the Friendship Group serve the Lord by contributing their time and talents to a number of important activities at St. Paul’s: outreach, fundraising and donations, social events, and food preparation.
The Friendship Group serves a Soup and Sandwich and Dessert lunch on the 3rd Friday of the month from January to June, and in September and October. Other activities include holding rummage sales, a Strawberry Social, a BBQ, a Christmas Tea and Sale, and the Seder Supper. The Friendship Group also supplies beverages and refreshments after parish events.
We meet in the Parish Hall at 1:00 p.m. on the first Friday of the month from January to June, and September, October, and November. New members are welcome to join us.
